Pricing
Nobody pays for orders that were never confirmed.
Two sides, two ways of paying, and one rule holding both: the platform earns from work that happened, not from work that was hoped for.

A subscription per shop

Call centres
A listing fee, and a share of what you actually earn
You publish your rates, negotiate per client, and are paid per outcome. The platform takes a percentage of commission earned — never of work that did not convert, and never of a seller's subscription.
Listed
A monthly fee to appear in the directory in front of sellers who are actively looking, with your real numbers on your profile.
Per outcome
Your contracted rate per confirm and per delivery, written to an append-only ledger at the moment it is earned, at the rate that applied then.
Platform share
A percentage of commission earned, taken at payout. If a month produced nothing, there is nothing to take a share of.
Suspended costs nothing
A centre that is suspended or delisted is not billed for a listing nobody can see. A quiet month carries its shortfall forward rather than taking a payout negative.
What is included either way
No tier gates the things that keep people safe
Access control, the audit trail, the immutable ledger and the KPI definitions are not features to be sold back to you. A cheaper plan with a weaker permission model would be a cheaper plan that leaks somebody's customer list.
- Full access control — shop-level clearance for every agent, on every plan
- The complete audit trail — every mutation, who, when, and what it was before
- The append-only commission ledger, with the database trigger that enforces it
- All five KPIs with their correct denominators, and blanks where there is no denominator
- Hosted order forms, unlimited, with no payment step
- Support from somebody who has read your account
Questions
About the money
What does the call centre cost on top?
Whatever you agree with them. Centres publish indicative rates per outcome — a confirm, a delivery — and you negotiate from there. The platform is not a party to that number: you both approve a contract and either side can download it.
Am I charged during review?
No. An application is read by a person before anything is provisioned. Nothing is charged while you are in the queue, and nothing is charged if we say no.
What happens in a quiet month?
A centre with a shortfall carries it forward rather than taking a payout negative. A suspended or delisted centre is not billed for a listing nobody can see.
Can I cancel?
Yes, at any point, and you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. Your order history and your ledger stay readable — that record is partly the call centre’s too, and deleting it on your way out would take theirs with it.
Which currency am I billed in?
Your country’s, where we support it, and otherwise in euro. The currency is on the country record, so the figure you are quoted at signup is the figure on the invoice.
